MU Childhood Memories – Official Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

1.1. Acceptance of Terms: By registering and playing on MU Childhood Memories, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and any future amendments. Ignorance of the rules does not excuse violations.

1.2. Amendments: The Administration reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the server after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Account & Security

2.1. Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. The Administration is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

2.2. One Account per Person: Each player may hold only one account. Discovery of multiple accounts under the same person will result in immediate and permanent suspension of all related accounts.

2.3. Ownership & RMT: All accounts, characters, and in-game items remain the property of the Administration. Trading, buying, or selling them for real-world currency is strictly prohibited and results in a permanent ban.

4. Fair Play & Anti-Cheat

4.1. Unauthorized Software: The use of bots, hacks, macros, or any third-party software that interferes with the Game client or server is forbidden.

4.2. Exploits & Bugs: Exploiting glitches or bugs for personal advantage is prohibited. Please report any discovered issues to the Administration promptly.

4.3. Automated Screenshots: By launching the Game client, you consent to automatic screenshots being taken ONLY when unauthorized software is detected. Captures include only the game window and are stored securely for up to 30 days.

5. Communication & Conduct

5.1. Respect: Abusive, discriminatory, or offensive language is prohibited across all communication channels.

5.2. Impersonation: Impersonating staff members or other players is a breach of these terms.

5.3. Spam: Spamming or promoting other servers or services is strictly forbidden.

6. Liability & Service

6.1. Item Loss: The Administration is not responsible for items lost due to server rollbacks, player mistakes, or technical issues.

6.2. Service Availability: The Administration may perform maintenance or shut down the server at any time without notice.

6.3. Payments: This is a free-to-play server. No donations or chargebacks are applicable.

7.1. Evidence: Players must report suspected breaches via official channels using unedited screenshots or video footage. False reports may incur penalties.
